about

This track is fun, light and catchy, while it advocates moving away from right wrong thinking to a third way, as Richard Rohr teaches.

I quote Richard's words "The creative, transformative dance between attachment and detachment is sometimes called the Third Way. Some prefer to take on the world: to fight it, change it, fix it, and rearrange it. Others deny there is a problem at all. “Everything is beautiful,” they say and look the other way. Both instincts avoid holding the tension, the pain, and the essentially tragic nature of human existence.

The contemplative stance is the Third Way. "

My mentor showed me that us men tend to think a lot, rather than let our insight guide us.

That's increasingly the case with science trying to make out it has the answers to life, which are never mathematical, but are always about feelings and how comfortable we are within ourselves.

lyrics

You say my thinking may be wrong
what if your thinking may not be right?
While these opinions are cluttering up my head,
the only result is I can't sleep at night!

Some people tell me that I am wrong
some people tell me that I am right
But it doesn't really matter what I'm thinking,
It's how I behave that really counts

Do I accept those that get in my hair?
Do I love ?
Do I care?
Everything comes down to that: what's in my heart,
(not what's under my cap! )
I'd rather be respected than to be right!
I'm not going to sacrifice my soul for my tribe
Being accepted and being unique are
contradictions that I want to protect

That's the right wrong reggae!
It's the right wrong reggae!
[
You say my thinking may be wrong
what if my thinking may be right?
While these opinions are cluttering up my head,
the only result is I can't sleep at night!

To be my own person, soul led
Intuition's more important than head
Yes it's nice to own a house and contemplate a new car,
but stuff is just distraction from who you are!

Are you peaceful?
Do you care?
Come with us and explore, if you dare
every thing comes down to that
what's in my heart not under my cap!

I'd rather be respected than to be right!
I'm not going to sacrifice my soul for my tribe
Being accepted and being unique are
contradictions that I have to accept.

It's the right wrong reggae!
It's not right! So Stop it!
(Let's) end nd the right wrong reggae!
