2020 was indeed a pandemic year, for COVID-19 and for Black Lives Matter in the USA. Does it really require so many deaths for humanity to understand?

2020 was a pandemic year, with
fear blinding kindness in our minds.
Isolation in so many ways
I just don't understand what was behind it...
As the statistics grew, did it get to you?
The impact of fear seemed the worst.
An Older person I knew who caught the covid flu
described it in just a few words;
I can't breathe; Children aahh
I think I think I'm gonna die
Cuz I can't breathe; children,
I can't breathe.

There was also a virus in the white House;
'White supremacy', racism & fear.
Yet the U.S. pointed the finger at China
saying "Chinese don't respect human rights" over there!
having seen how young George Floyd had died,
officials in Beijing got wise;
in response to the two-faced hypocricy,
they folded their arms and replied;
I can't breathe; Mama aahh
I think I think I'm gonna die
Cuz I can't breathe; Mama,
